#028: Ant Mill
6 August 2022Ant Mill is a new genre by Eric Fox. I really enjoyed his first two puzzles, so I wanted to try and construct one myself. In principle it should be possible to make a squares-only Ant Mill, but for a first attempt I figured using one cross was justifiable.
Solve it online:
Rules: Shade some dominoes of cells. No two dominoes may touch orthogonally, but each domino must touch exactly two others by the corners such that all dominoes form a single loop. Cells separated by a square must both be shaded or both be unshaded. Cells separated by an X must not.
